2 tablets twice daily — four tablets per day, taken with meals — for the full 30 days of the drainage prep phase. This sits at the top of the label range of one to four tablets daily. A 180-tablet bottle covers 45 days — one bottle completes the 30-day course with margin.
Pair with Bile Flow
Liver Restore and Bile Flow are formulated to be taken together — botanical support for the tissue, alongside drainage support for the exit. Running one without the other leaves the sequence incomplete. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.

In Phase 1, yes — they do different things. Liver Clear supports the conjugation pathways; Liver Restore supports the tissue those pathways run through. If you're only going to run one, discuss with your practitioner which limitation is more relevant to your picture.
No. There's no purge, no flush, and no cleanse protocol attached to it. This is nutritional and botanical support for normal hepatic function — the opposite approach to aggressive flush protocols that tend to mobilize more than the body can clear.
The Ayurvedic botanical blend is specially prepared to be low in iron. Iron drives oxidative stress and acts as a growth factor for many of the organisms a clearing protocol works to reduce — so keeping it low is deliberate in a formula designed for detoxification support.
The full 30 days of the drainage prep phase at minimum. Most protocols continue Liver Restore through Phase 2 microbial clearing, since that's when hepatic demand peaks. Many people keep it as ongoing maintenance support.
Yes. Liver Restore works as standalone ongoing support. That said, if the goal is preparing for a reset, running the full Drainage Prep bundle is what the sequence is built around.
